Het is alweer een poosje geleden dus ik wilde maar weer eens een stukje schrijven!
De nieuwe opleiding is echt vreselijk interressant maar ook erg uitgebreid. Je hoort in het klaslokaal onze hersenen regelmatig kraken! We leren vooral heel veel over stress ( in de breedste vorm, dus niet altijd negatief) en de reactie van ons lichaam daarop, tot op het niveau van de zenuwgeleiding en pijnbeleving. Daarnaast ook practische vaardigheden om clienten met langdurige klachten te kunnen helpen. Ik moet zeggen: we oefenen op elkaar en ik zit al een stukje losser in mijn vel hoor! Hoewel het niet altijd erg aangenaam aanvoelt (bindweefselmassage) is het snel weer over en heeft het snel resultaat.
In het volgende deel van de opleiding komt er nog manuele lymfe drainage bij, dat lijkt me ook prachtig om te kunnen dus daar verheug ik me al op.
De folders zijn inmiddels min of meer klaar om geprint te worden. Wie weet kom je er ineens ergens een tegen.
Met de feestdagen in zicht en de bijbehorende kadootjes stroom: ik heb inmiddels ook kadobonnen en natuurlijk nog steeds de 5-strippenkaart! Dus als je een leuk kado zoekt voor je vrouw, man of ander familielid, kennis of vriend(in)....bel me en we regelen het! Of hoor je iemand regelmatig klagen over zere rug, zere nek, stijve benen...denk aan KR Bodywork! DE praktijk voor o.a. massage en sportverzorging!
